Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh fuel ratio terhadap produktivitas alat gali-muat pada tambang PT Harmoni Panca Utama. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier sederhana untuk menguji hubungan antara konsumsi bahan bakar (liter/BCM) dan produktivitas alat. Data diperoleh dari laporan operasional alat selama periode tiga bulan yang mencakup data fuel ratio, jam kerja efektif, dan volume produksi harian. Hasil analisis menunjukkan adanya hubungan negatif yang kuat antara fuel ratio dan produktivitas dengan nilai koefisien korelasi -0,87 dan signifikansi 0,001. Hal ini berarti peningkatan konsumsi bahan bakar per unit volume material berdampak pada penurunan efisiensi alat. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengelolaan bahan bakar yang efisien melalui peningkatan keterampilan operator, perawatan alat terjadwal, serta penerapan sistem digital seperti Fleet Management System untuk pemantauan konsumsi bahan bakar secara real-time. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam memberikan dasar empiris bagi peningkatan efisiensi operasional tambang melalui optimalisasi penggunaan bahan bakar.
