Kerangka konseptual bimbingan karir berperspektif keadilan sosial bagi kelompok marginal

Abstract

Artikel ini mengusulkan kerangka konseptual untuk mengintegrasikan prinsip keadilan sosial ke dalam bimbingan karir dalam sistem Pendidikan Teknis dan Kejuruan (TVET) yang inklusif. Melalui tinjauan literatur sistematis, kajian ini menggabungkan teori-teori keadilan sosial (seperti kerangka Nancy Fraser, Pendekatan Kapabilitas, dan Teori Kritis) untuk mentransformasi peran konselor dari fasilitator individu menjadi agen perubahan yang advokatif. Kerangka multi-level yang diusulkan mencakup intervensi pada tingkat makro (kebijakan), meso (kelembagaan), dan mikro (praktik konseling), dengan prinsip-prinsip operasional seperti interseksionalitas, pemberdayaan agensi, perspektif berbasis kekuatan, dan aksesibilitas universal. Tujuannya adalah menciptakan ekosistem TVET yang secara aktif menghapus hambatan struktural bagi kelompok marginal dan penyandang disabilitas, memastikan partisipasi penuh dan hasil yang setara. Artikel ini menyoroti perlunya reorientasi dalam pendidikan konselor dan kebijakan TVET untuk mewujudkan inklusi yang transformatif.
