Model konseptual transisi sekolah ke kerja berbasis kesehatan mental di era pasca pandemi

Abstract

Artikel ini mengusulkan model teoretis baru untuk memfasilitasi transisi sekolah-ke-dunia kerja (School-to-Work Transition/STWT) di era pasca-pandemi. Model ini merespons dampak psikologis mendalam dari pandemi seperti penurunan self-efficacy, kecemasan, dan atrofi keterampilan sosial yang memperumit adaptasi lulusan baru di dunia kerja yang telah bertransformasi secara digital. Berbeda dengan pendekatan tradisional yang linier dan berfokus pada skill-matching, model ini menempatkan Kesehatan Mental dan Kesejahteraan Psikologis sebagai landasan fundamental. Di atas landasan ini, model dibangun dengan empat pilar utama: Literasi Digital dan Keterampilan Hybrid, Kompetensi Sosial-Emosional yang Diperbarui, Identitas Karier yang Lentur dan Eksploratif, serta Jejaring Dukungan Ekologis yang Diperkuat. Artikel ini berargumen bahwa jembatan transisi yang efektif harus holistik, resilien, dan mengintegrasikan dimensi psikologis dengan kompetensi adaptif dan dukungan sistemik. Implementasi model memerlukan kolaborasi sinergis dari institusi pendidikan, industri, pembuat kebijakan, dan individu sebagai agen aktif
