Analisis faktor-faktor kejenuhan belajar berdasarkan perspektif siswa dan guru dalam konteks implementasi kurikulum sekolah

Abstract
Kejenuhan belajar merupakan salah satu tantangan yang memengaruhi kualitas pengalaman belajar peserta didik dalam implementasi kurikulum sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kejenuhan belajar berdasarkan perspektif siswa dan guru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi fenomenologis. Partisipan terdiri atas empat siswa dan empat guru yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling berdasarkan pengalaman mereka dalam proses pembelajaran di SMA Negeri 2 Kabupaten Tangerang. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam menggunakan pedoman wawancara yang telah divalidasi oleh pakar, kemudian dianalisis secara tematik mengacu pada Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña melalui tahapan transkripsi, open coding, kategorisasi, pengembangan tema, interpretasi, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Kredibilitas data diperkuat melalui triangulasi sumber dan member checking. Hasil penelitian mengidentifikasi empat tema utama yang memengaruhi kejenuhan belajar, yaitu (1) menurunnya motivasi dan keterlibatan belajar; (2) metode pembelajaran yang kurang bervariasi; (3) beban akademik dan durasi pembelajaran yang berlebihan; dan (4) kualitas hubungan guru–siswa dan dukungan belajar. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kejenuhan belajar merupakan fenomena multidimensional yang terbentuk melalui interaksi antara karakteristik peserta didik, praktik pedagogis guru, dan konteks implementasi kurikulum. Integrasi perspektif siswa dan guru memberikan pemahaman yang lebih komprehensif mengenai dinamika kejenuhan belajar dibandingkan penggunaan satu perspektif saja.
